WE HAVE ELECTED TO USE THE MOST AFFORDABLE SHIPPING PRICES THROUGH PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL. IT CAN TAKE UP TO 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS ORDERS AFTER THEY ARE RECEIVED. DELIVERY CAN RANGE FROM 15-30 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON YOUR PROXIMITY (DOES NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS) AND HAS NO SPECIFIC GUARANTEED DELIVERY TIME. DUE TO DIFFERING INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS PROCESSES, THEMYTOM CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY PACKAGES SHIPPED VIA THIS METHOD ONCE IT HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE. SHOULD YOU RUN INTO ANY TRACKING ISSUES, PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPPING CARRIER IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE YOU MAY FILE A COMPLAINT REPORT WITH THEM DIRECTLY. IN SOME CASES, WE MAY ELECT TO USE A SHIPPING METHOD WHICH REQUIRES A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT, BASED ON THE TOTAL VALUE OF YOUR ORDER. IF YOU WANT TO ENSURE THAT WE SHIP YOUR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE WITH TRACKING CONFIRMATION TO YOUR DOOR, YOU MAY MAKE A DIRECT REQUEST WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT support@themytom.com.
At Themytom Vitality, we strive to deliver your wellness solutions as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing & Handling Time

In-stock items: Please allow up to 72 hours (3-7 business days) for our team to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.

Pre-orders: If an item is marked as "Pre-order," the expected shipping date is indicated in brackets next to the product name.

Consolidated Shipping: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order stock becomes available.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a 'Track Order' button.

Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.

If you haven't received a tracking number, your item may be on pre-order and will ship on the date specified at purchase.
4. Delivery & Signature

Security: For your protection, we guarantee delivery by requiring a signature on arrival.

Redirection: If you are unavailable to sign, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest courier depot for collection. You may be responsible for re-delivery charges if you request a second attempt.

Safe Place Waiver: If you personally authorize the courier to "leave in a safe place," Themytom Vitality is no longer responsible for the package if it goes missing.
5. Insured Shipping & Lost Packages

Insured Shipping: If your package is confirmed as lost or stolen after our formal investigation, we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

Standard Shipping: If you do not purchase insurance, we cannot guarantee a replacement for stolen items once marked as delivered by the courier.

Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived within 18 business days, please contact us at help@themytom.com so we can launch an investigation with the courier.
6. Address Changes
If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at help@themytom.com.

We can only change the address before the order has been shipped.

We do not take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
ONCE YOUR ITEM IS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO MONITOR YOUR SHIPMENT.
